engaged

well, i finally finished with my report. and last Wednesday someone stole my thumb drive, and i had two chapters of work to turn in on that day. so i had to do two chapters, its all done..and this past valentines day, i got engaged to my girlfriend..Im pretty nervous about the wedding but im excited.

ok, for those of you who have read my last post know that last valentine i spent it alone by myself here and Florida. Well, my girlfriend wasn't too happy about spending valentines day alone again this year. So what i did was booked her a flight here to florida and brought a huge 6 foot teddy bear and fed-ex'd it to her address in virginia...she should get the package by monday evening. how sweet am I? hahahahah

what a day

ok, so its super bowl halftime, so i figured i would post a blog..what a day, i rode my bike with my brother and father..A whole ten and a half miles, and boy am i tired. Even though im exausted, i feel a sense of accomplishment. Last wednesday i had an ethics test, and i really think i bombed it. my teacher told me dont worry about it because i'll have plenty chances to make it up....i love the class, but its soooo difficult. I'll be o.k

isolated valentine

this is the second valentines day to where i was alone...My girlfriend is taking it harder than me, but at the same time i feel guilty about it..she lives in virginia and thats almost one-thousand miles away. The only time i'll be able to go back to virginia is on spring break, but she dont think thats good enough. Valentines day is a bit over-rated, but i understand its like a national holiday, especially if ur in a long term relationship...I dont know, maybe i'll fly to virginia to surprise her. Wouldn't that be sweet?

mini essay

all right, so im sure everyone in the class knows about the essay we have to write about..It has to be about something thats happen thats very interesting, so whomever is gonna read my essay will surely be entertained...It's gonna be a bit personal, so after reading it your gonna know alot about me and my past...the title is gonna be called "puppy love".. My Introduction

Hello world!!! My name is Derrick Turner, and this is my second semester at Broward College. I attended the semester before last, but proceded to take a semester off to cater to beautiful one-year old daughter. Her name is Faith and she's the most gorgeous baby on the face of the planet(no disrespect to my fellow classmates or peers with kids).

Im twenty-two years old, born and raised in Hampton, Virginia..While in hampton, theres nothing really much to do other than sports. I attended Bethel High School, which is also the same high school NBA all-star Allen Iverson attended. Playin football at the high school level taught me alot of neccesary things, such as discipline and leadership.

ENC1102 is going to be a challange that I anxiously look forward too. Wish me luck..
